Meet the Coach


Head Coach
Tom Mansfield
​
Tom has a wide range of knowledge and experience in the gym and sports from playing rugby for many years to competing as a cyclist undertaking races in the British Cycling elite level calendar (including the infamous Tour series Crits) and other high profile races, more recently having transitioned into Triathlon. In 2024 he competed in both the half Iron and Full Ironman event distances. Along side this Tom has gained qualification into the GB age group teams in standard Duathlon and Cycling Grand Fondos.

​With this race level experience and over 10 years in the fitness and coaching with a wide range of athletes, Tom is able to apply a range of techniques and knowledge in a personalised approach to help tailor your plan to meet your needs and help you achieve your goals. ​​

Whether you are looking to get started out in endurance sport, your looking for that next marathon PB, to improve your cycling FTP and race craft, take on your first triathlon or sport event or you have any other sports specific training goals this is the option for you. Online Personal Training
Online Personal Training benefits both beginners and seasoned gym-goers. Whether you’re starting out or looking to take your training to the next level. Our online personal training offers personalised sessions that cater to individual needs, strength, fitness, achieving weight loss and body composition changes, with all your progress tracked and monitored to ensure you achieve your goals and targets.
